Fix /mm debugmode

Summary

Currently debugging is extremely tedious due to how many things spam the logs from MythicMobs. This results in Pastebins being too large to even be made. This can easily be solved by fixing /mm debugmode

Here is what it says on the Official Documentation:

/mm debugmode [true/false] * Enables debug mode, which disables random spawners, mob spawners, and other random things that make debugging difficult. Does not currently seem to work

So considering the last bit, it is known this doesn't work. It'd be great if this gets fixed so users can report bugs more efficiently without having to do so much extra work.
