Incident problems with health, damage tick

I registered fast-click macro in the mouse and hit monste to clarify this issue, As you can see in the video, the nodamagetick are set default and hit normally, but when player returned to the chunk, the monster's health are fully healed restored to 50 and the damage interval removed.

When taking advantage of these points to get rid of the boss, some players intentionally reconnect and hit through the fast-click marco.

i tested with ExampleMobs (SkeletalKnight) and only add despawn: false options. 1.19.2 / only cmi, cmilib, mythicmobs are installed in server.
